Dan began his work with CCAI in 2012, originally coming on board to assist on a temporary basis with the Angels in Adoption program.  Following a few months away, in which he and his wife, Jessica, welcomed their first child, Grant, into the world, Dan joined CCAI’s full-time staff.  As Operations Manager, Dan is responsible for managing the organization’s finances, overseeing information technology systems, coordinating human resource affairs, and recruiting new talent to CCAI.  Before he moved to Washington, D.C., Dan worked as a high school teacher in Belize, Central America and as a Campus Minister at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri.  Dan did his undergraduate studies at Saint Louis University, studying Sociology, Spanish, and International Studies, and his graduate work at American University, studying Ethics, Peace, and Global Affairs.
